‘This painting is about one of my recurrent dreams: being in a completely closed room and feeling the rain on my body, an image that has passed through the filter of my memory many times. The moment I open my eyes there are details that I have already forgotten, so the painting exists being aware of that loss (and mixes dream with reality).’
