GIVE UP HURT LIFE FOR HEALED LIFE
Give up world life for leaf life and drink up the sun. Grow a little. Be breathing and moving in breeze. Hurt people hurt people who hurt people and we keep fueling the fight. Sitting in boxes, staring into boxes, boxed in, piled up worries turning to slumber turning to numb awakening and wishes for leafs. Be light and kind and innocent. Part of branch, trunk, tree. Be graced by a gentle, natural fall. But box says people fall as colourfully, souls to soil the future drinks up to die from. Hurthurthurt. Give up tree life for box life and death life. Cry a little. Move beyond. Not this side or that side but life side and love side and hope side that never falls. Time sides with no-one but keeps flowing as water does. Choose wave life for washing away pebbles and pain. Wind life for travelling far. Gentle strokes on tear cheeks of children. Hugging clouds of cleansing rain. We have to love life to heal life. Leave box and form circles. Give up gun life for human life. Give up hurt life for healed life.

“Sophia is a 23-year-old psychology student mostly lost in the labyrinth of her imagination. Both aromantic and asexual, she finds solace in romanticising life and taming cats. In between psychoanalysing her journal entries and despairing about the human condition, she is an occasional writer, painter and admirer of art.”
