MEDIUM: WATERCOLOUR PAINT ON PAPER

“I recently came across the works of a 19th century French artist Jean-Baptiste David, whose works inspired me to make this painting using watercolour. The painting features a woman who has rejected society despite her high status and has chosen a quiet life in the countryside to be the paradise one could dream of.
The painting is done with only one colour, Prussian Blue.”
